Domenic Di Girolamo
Principal, Chief Executive Officer


Domenic Di Girolamo has over 25 years of Transportation experience both in Sales and Operations. He is responsible for all the day to day operations of the firm and is responsible for all merger and acquisitions. Di Girolamo serves as the visionary for FLS and its growth initiatives. He is widely recognized throughout Canada as a leading member of the Canadian Transportation Industry. He is a philanthropist in Montreal and serves as a member of several community organizations. Di Girolamo resides in Montreal with his wife and two children.
Michael Flinker
Principal, President


Michael Flinker is responsible for all Revenue Generation and Financial Management for North America. He is responsible for all Finances, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Revenue Generation activities in North America. Mr. Flinker is widely recognized in Montreal as a philanthropist and highly skilled fundraiser for local charities. He has over 25 years of Industry experience including working for a former subsidiary of Canadian Pacific. He obtained his Accounting degree from Concordia University in Montreal where he resides with his wife and four children.
Egidio Pizzingrilli
Principal, Chief Operating Officer


Egidio Pizzingrilli is responsible for all FLS internal operations including Information Technology, Human Resources, Asset Management and Dispatch operations. He was a co-founder of FLS and in 1987 operations began in the basement of his house. Pizzingrilli is highly skilled in Information Technology and has minimized overhead through technology initiatives. Like the other Principals, he participates and volunteers in several Montreal charities. Pizzingrilli resides in Montreal with his wife and two children.
Nick Gerasimow
Chief Financial Officer


Nick Gerasimow is responsible for all Accounting, Budgetary and Cash Flow Operations for FLS and its respective companies. Gerasimow has over 30 years of Financial Management Experience and in his five years at FLS has set company records for Margins and minimizing costs. Gerasimow is an avid Hockey fan and plays in an adult league in Montreal. He has two daughters and resides in Montreal
Mark Kümmer
Vice President of Sales and Marketing


Mark Kümmer is responsible for revenue generation and marketing activities in the United States. He has experience in both the software and logistics industries. He has worked with leading Supply Chain solution provider, i2 Technologies in Dallas, TX, where he served in Business Development and Pricing capacities. Prior to FLS, he worked as a Sales Manager for DHL Express where exceeded targets every quarter and was recognized as a top achiever creating solutions and building alliances with Fortune 1000 companies. Kummer has worked with accounts throughout North America, Europe and Asia. Kümmer currently splits his time between Montreal and Chicago and is a graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas.
Angelo Pino
Director of Human Resources and Carrier Services


Angelo Pino is responsible for all Personnel activities and the FLS Carrier Services throughout North America. He has worked both as an Operations Manager for FLS and as a Process Management Consultant for USC Consulting Group. Despite the shortage of drivers in North America, Pino has redefined industry recruitment strategies in turn doubling FLS’ base of drivers and owner operators in his first six months as Director. His accomplishments have fostered FLS’ expansion to meet the growing demand in North America. Pino resides with his wife in Montreal and is a graduate of Bishop’s University in Lennoxville, Quebec.
Joe Dobson
Director - Information Systems


Dobson is responsible for the IT Infrastructure of FLS Transportation. In addition he acts as the Project Manager for Executive mandated initiatives including FLS’ continued expansion into the United States. Under his directives he implemented a major overhaul leading to 35% increased operational capacity. He is a graduate of the Sobey School of Business at St. Mary’s University in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Dobson is a native of Halifax, but held positions in several US and Canadian cities currently residing in Montreal Quebec.
 
Greig Thompson
Director - Sales Operations


Greig Thomson has spent the last ten years in a variety of positions with FLS from Asset based Trucking to 3PL operations. Formally trained as an architectural designer, Thomson most recently leveraged his analytical and creative skills to form the Sales Operations department which administers Pricing, Customer Service and eCommerce departments. Through the creation of this group, he has increased opportunities and been a key member to FLS’ global expansion. Thomson attended Concordia University in Montreal where he still resides with his wife and daughter.
