FLS is excited to announce the launch the first Truckload Client Loyalty Program. FLS Rewards is a program that rewards new and existing FLS clients by awarding Delta SkyMiles® and American AAdvantage® vouchers for booking loads through FLS Transportation and FLS Logistics. Simply call 800-739-0939 and say that you want to register for FLS Rewards! From there you will start earning miles for every load you book, whether it is over the phone, or through the new myFLS client tendering system. FLS will then issue 1 Delta or American mile for every FLS Invoiced mile.

What is FLS Rewards?

FLS Rewards is a loyalty program that provides Frequent Flyer vouchers that deposit miles in a Delta SkyMiles® or American AAdvantage® account.

How many miles can I earn?

You are awarded 1 mile for every 1 mile billed. Vouchers will be issued in 1 mile multiples. If you booked loads with a total of 4,354 miles you earn a 4,354 Delta SkyMiles® or American AAdvantage® voucher.

When does the FLS Rewards program start?

You can start earning miles starting August 1^, 2005. The first statements and vouchers will sent out on September 30, 2005. At that time send you an electronic voucher via email

What Airline Frequent Flyer programs can I earn miles with?

As of August 1, 2005 you can earn miles with:

• Delta SkyMiles®
• American AAdvantage®

FLS is in discussions with other airline partners and expects to broaden the partner base this fall.

How do I redeem miles from the voucher?

You will receive an electronic statement that will contain a link to convert your voucher for miles through the Delta SkyMiles® or American AAdvantage® site. At that time you can simply click the link in your electronic statement and enter in the voucher code along with your mileage information. Your miles will be deposited into your account within 72 hours. If you are not a Delta SkyMiles® or American AAdvantage® member, there is a link to sign up for an account.

Do I have to use the miles for myself?

No, we will issue vouchers that can be redeemed into ANY Delta SkyMiles® or American AAdvantage® account. You can redeem the miles yourself or give the voucher(s) to who ever you wish and they can redeem the miles.

Is there a limit to the number of miles I can earn?

No, there is no limit to how many miles you can earn. FLS will calculate your total billed miles for the month and issue the vouchers accordingly.

My company has a policy against incentives from vendors, can I still earn miles?

NO, FLS WILL NOT issue awards to clients that have a policy against gifts and/or incentive programs.

When are vouchers issued each month?

Statements are run one full month following the end of the “booking” month. We will only issue vouchers on paid invoices.

Will I receive a FLS Rewards account statement?

You will receive a statement of total miles with your voucher. This will show how many 1000 miles you have earned for your voucher.
